Hi sweet friend, I’m Laura—the creative heart behind SunnySeed Creations.

SunnySeed isn’t just a brand or a shop; it’s a gentle returning to something that's always lived within me. Ever since childhood, I've adored drawing characters—sweet, heartfelt little beings full of big feelings, curiosity, and imagination. Creating them felt like speaking a special language that only my heart understood, giving me space to process, play, connect, and feel safe in a world that often didn't leave room for softness.

But as I grew older, like many of us, I learned to tuck those gentle layers away. I tried my hardest to be who I thought others wanted me to be—more acceptable, more efficient, more "together." I lost touch with my natural rhythms, my sensitivity, and the intuitive creativity that had always made me feel most alive.

After years of trying to fit into spaces that weren't meant for me, I found my way back to my heart. I spent a long time in quiet solitude, gently learning to listen again, trusting my intuition, healing old stories, and reconnecting to the softness and creativity I'd hidden away. As I journeyed back to myself, those little characters began returning to me too—like old friends who had patiently waited for me all along.

SunnySeed is my way of sharing those gentle friends with you. Each character you'll meet here—like Penny the Fig Pig, Tilly the Toadmato, Bella the Batnana, Benny the Bear Pear, and Bizzy the Bee Pea—carries a special heart-message. They're not just cute; they're wise companions reminding you to rest when you're tired, believe in yourself when things feel impossible, and trust that you are never too much or not enough.

My deepest belief is that when we treat ourselves with compassion, we naturally extend that compassion outward—to others, our Earth, and to the way we live and love. We're navigating enormous changes right now as old systems unravel and new possibilities gently emerge. Though fear is loud, I believe love runs deeper. I believe we can heal, soften, and co-create a kinder, more heart-centered world—and SunnySeed is here to support that transformation, one gentle heart at a time.

We're still at the very start of SunnySeed’s journey, but my dream is for it to grow into a space where hearts feel safe to land—where imagination, tenderness, and emotional honesty aren’t just welcomed but celebrated.
